The history of BinLaden starts over 85 years ago, during the Kingdom’s early years, under the leadership of the founder King Abdul Aziz Al Saud. BinLaden’s history and growth have been intervened with that of the Kingdom ever since. As Saudi Arabia prospered, developed and became active on the international front, BinLaden evolved simultaneously.

Jandu Plumbers Ltd is a Class One Building, Civil, Mechanical Engineering and Specialist Contractors. The company is a fully privately owned limited company and is in operation since 18th February 1965, making it one of the oldest family owned companies in Tanzania.
The Company started as a small plumbing contractor in 1951, operating from Nairobi based office, it undertook projects in Moshi and Arusha from 1951 to 1965. As time rolled on and the company grew, it was registered in Tanzania in 1965 as a local contractor. Soon as business increased the company started to into building construction, mechanical fabrications and civil engineering works as it diversified and grew its strengths in different fields of engineering.
We started with a vision to achieve leadership in the field of civil construction, providing our best services to the satisfaction of all our clients. It was the tenacity of a group of individuals fired by imagination and professionalism that sought for this envious position, and today three generations later we still have the same attitude to business, providing our customers the best services they can get; To be the pinnacle of Building, Civil, Mechanical Engineering and Specialists Contractors in Tanzania.

Amédée Santalo completed his Engineer degree in computer science (Unix System Management) in 1992 and started his career in Geneva at CERN, the European Organisation for Nuclear Research.
Today he is a Concept designer with an Architectural background with more than 25 years of experience and he is the Adviser to H.E. Sheikh Tarek M. Binladen since 2013.
Amédée has experiences in Europe, Africa, Middle East, Asia and Eastern Europe countries which brought him an important network.
He is specialised in Smart Cities and Skyscrapers Design using Biomimicry as inspiration.
During his stay in UAE he was representing the higher education department for European Union during 2 years (C.I.F.E.).
In the same period he was the Adviser of H.H. Sheikh Tariq M. AL Qassimi, member of the Ras Al Khaimah (U.A.E.) Ruling Family.
He is working along with H.E. Sheikh Tarek M. Binladen since the year 2005 who tought Amédée new type of Cities concept and design.
Today, he is concentrating in Smart Cities projects for Africa and on new Hospitality concepts.
He is partner in Swiss Hospitality Holding SA, a new brand of 4 star hotels chain based in Geneva.
He created Smart Choice hotels and Zen Floating Hotels resort which should start in 2018.
Amédée believes that our society is changing; the Digital revolution, we are currently passing through, will totally transform our future, the upcoming projects have to be designed and conceptualised in the right direction to succeed.
